Great Things Are Coming!
Upon completion of my postdoctoral fellowship, I will begin the Franch lab. Despite the importance of social interactions in our daily life and function, most neural computations of social behavior are yet to be discovered. To address this gap in knowledge, The Franch Lab will aim to answer:

-
What are the neural computations that support social behavior in humans?
-
How is neural coding of social stimuli and decisions altered in individuals with social dysfunction?
-
How can behavioral interventions and neuromodulation promote social competence in socially impaired individuals?
-
In what ways does the environment, such as social change and isolation, affect neural processing and therefore social abilities across a lifetime?
